Our services, such as PAN card application processing and mobile/DTH recharges, are delivered instantly and electronically. Due to the digital and real-time nature of these services, once initiated, the service cannot be canceled or reversed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Service Initiation: If you've requested a service but our system has not yet started processing it, you may request a cancellation. In such cases, please contact our customer support immediately.
- After Service Initiation: Once the processing has started, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Policy
- Failed Transactions or System Errors: If the amount has been deducted from your account but the service was not provided, please contact our support team. After verification, if the issue is found on our end, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Customer Mistakes: Refunds will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer or misuse of the service.
